Resistance machines include leg extensions/curl, chest press, leg press, latpulldown, along with a cable machine, smith machine and full range of free weights equipment and combat training solutions. Our staff will be on hand, to offer you support and guidance on your journey and will guarantee you the very best of care on each and every visit.

To compliment our Fitness Gym, we also offer Group Fitness Classes. You can experience the LES MILLS programmes, World Leaders in Group Fitness. Bodypump and Bodycombat will be delivered to you by passionate and motivating advanced Instructors. There will also be a range of bootcamp classes, boxercise, kettlebell conditioning, core strengthening sessions and so much more. Our instructors will deliver life changing classes every time!

You will also have the option of Personal Training if one to one training is your preference. To assist you in reaching your goals, there will be fully certified Personal Trainers available to guide you. Our introductory membership offer allows you unlimited use of all of our facilities (excluding personal training) for as little as $16 per week. Pay as you go options are available.
